These terms govern use of the Antarctic Explore website and our pre-booking planning service. A confirmed booking is also subject to the written terms of the expedition operator and any separately contracted local service.
Operator contract
The expedition operator delivers the cruise and controls its onboard program, booking conditions, payment schedule, cancellation rules and refund process. The written confirmation supplied for your booking takes priority over general website content.
Polar itinerary changes
Weather, sea ice, wildlife, safety requirements, port conditions and local permissions may change landings, sequence, transport or the itinerary. No landing site or wildlife sighting is guaranteed.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, entry rules, medical suitability, travel insurance, flights and arriving at the required place and time unless a service is expressly included in writing.
Local services
Argentina ground services are confirmed separately according to location, timing and availability. Accommodation is not included unless it appears in the written confirmation.
