Antarctic Explore is a small, independent expedition-cruise specialist. We collect as little as possible and use it only to plan your trip.
What we collect
When you request a quote or use the trip planner, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number (optional), and your trip preferences such as destination, travel window, group size, budget, and priorities. We also record which language version of the site you used, so we can reply in your language.
How we use it
Your information is used only to plan your trip: matching you with suitable expedition departures, preparing quotes, and contacting you about your inquiry. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only when you decide to book do we share the necessary details with the expedition operator running your voyage, so they can provision your cabin. Operators process your data under their own privacy policies.
Storage and retention
Inquiries are stored in a secured database with access limited to our small team. We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months to support ongoing trip planning, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to view, correct, or delete your information at any time.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising trackers. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
